Failed transactions
If a customer’s card details are wrong, invalid or blocked; there are no fees for failed transactions.

Tokenization
Tokenization is the process of replacing sensitive data with unique identification symbols that retain all the essential information about the data without compromising its security.

Refund
Processing of refund: The refund returning process from the merchant to the customer is free of charge.
*Note: previous fees for successful purchase transaction still apply.

Chargeback
If a customer denies making an order or claims any other type of fraud, you can initiate a chargeback via our bank.
