Founded in 2013, Freeletics has grown to become the world’s number one application for delivering high-intensity bodyweight training programs. Freeletics relies on a subscription model to charge users quarterly, semiannually or annually for their personalised training programs. And with a fast growing community, Freeletics was looking for a robust payment solution to handle their subscription plans which would help them reduce churn.

Challenge

With a user base of six million, even a slight deviation in churn rate can have a huge impact. Freeletics was looking for a payment solution that would help them continue to grow and reduce churn to the lowest level possible.
